The Territory in which they live the Cooper and Wando River areas, inland to Moncks Corner in Berkeley and Charleston counties. Language spoken Muskogean. Last historical reference was in 1751. “When I started my music career, I was a maid. I used to clean houses. My mother was a proud janitor. My stepfather, who raised me like his very own, worked at the post office and my father was a trashman. They all wore uniforms and that’s why I stand here today, in my black and white, and I wear my uniform to honor them.

This is a reminder that I have work to do. I have people to uplift. I have people to inspire. And today, I wear my uniform proudly as a Cover Girl. I want to be clear, young girls, I didn’t have to change who I was to become a Cover Girl. Get ready to get Bugged, the new release from author, poet and activist Alan Barysh!

Bugged is the first part of a trilogy called A Book of Struggles (In the Form of Fables and Parables for Modern Times). In Bugged, we meet William Tell, a radical/revolutionary book publisher, and his nemesis Vincent Seita. Mr. Seita confronts Mr. Tell with an extortion threat and the reader is left wondering what William Tell would do. The rest of this book deals with Vincent Seita and his early childhood up to when he returns from the Vietnam War. Throughout this book, many sub-plots weave in and out that make this book a stream of conscious story in the style of the television series Lost. Although it was written before Lost made its debut.

Backstory: My sister had a brain aneurysm behind her left eye, but she kicked its ass out of her skull and wanted to get a piece to commemorate her victory — so she asked me if I wanted to give it a shot.

She wanted a brain that’s “cute with attitude”, so here’s what I came up with. :D

If you’ve got any feedback, lemme at it!

This looks like my brain after editing. Blah!
